My name is Laura. Welcome to my little corner of the internet. I'm a full-time high school English teacher who has a lot of interests including academia, reading, fitness, travel, DIY projects, quilting, and cross-stitching (just to name a few). Currently, I'm enrolled in a program at Drexel University to obtain an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership & Management with a concentration in learning technologies. Eventually, I want to be an instructional designer and/or work in Higher Ed. I live in Maryland with my partner, Jamey, and I'm a fur mom to two miniature schnauzers, Fitz and Portia.
